2. License

• Each purchased theme license may be used for one store only.
• Redistribution, resale, and unauthorized copying are prohibited.
• You may modify the theme for your own use, but copyright remains with us.

3. Support Scope

Support is limited to the scope of the purchased plan. Issues caused by Shopify itself, third-party apps, or custom development outside the plan may require a separate estimate.

4. Disclaimer

We are not liable for lost sales opportunities, indirect damages, or special damages arising from use of the theme.
