1. Nature of the Digital Product

This product is digital content in the form of Shopify theme files. In accordance with Paddle's operational requirements, refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the payment date.

2. Eligible Cases and Deadline

• Requests submitted within 14 days of the payment date
• Verified duplicate charges
• Cases where delivery becomes impossible due to our fault and no substitute can be provided

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact wakabayashi [at] sotia.jp within 14 days of the payment date and include your order number and the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed through Paddle, and the reflected timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
